This is possibly the most important episode I have ever recorded. That is because when we can be kind to ourselves, EVERYTHING changes. The filter through which we see the world changes and as a result, the world itself does too.

She answers all of my meaty questions about why we should bother being kind to ourselves and shares some wonderfully practical tools on how to actually do it (the important bit - right?!).
