A passionate and gifted speaker, Liv brings her 25 years of consulting, counselling and teaching experience to your organisation or group.
REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Bringing her 25 years of professional experience to a therapeutic setting, Liv offers a biopsychosocial approach to psychotherapy from A Place to Be in Albert Park. Believing each person is unique in thier needs and therefore required treatment, she draws on a range of therapeutic techniques including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and mindfulness-based therapy (of course!).
She specialises in working with adult women navigating the challenges of work, relationships, parenting, health-concerns, grief and symptoms of depression, anxiety and burn-out.

THE BOOK
Liv’s debut children’s book, illustrated by the talented Mel Mathews and published by Allen and Unwin, is a beautiful celebration of the unconditional nature of love.
