1:1 PSYCHOTHERAPY

Bringing her 25 years of professional experience to a therapeutic setting, Liv offers psychotherapy from A Place to Be in Albert Park. Believing each person is unique in thier needs and therefore required treatment, she draws on a range of therapeutic techniques including CBT, ACT, IFS and mindfulness-based therapy (of course!). She specialises in working with adults navigating the challenges of work, relationships, health-concerns, grief and symptoms of depression, anxiety and burn-out. She especially enjoys working with women. Medicare rebates are available with a GP referral. Please contact Liv directly for more information.
